Most models for Boscoyo Studio are already in software depending on which you are using. Some models you may need to build within the software because sizes can vary like Minitrees and Matrixes. Also ChromaCanes look better if created as a matrix.

Fedex shipping rates are based on the number of boxes, the weight and size of the boxes, and the distance to be traveled. As you continue adding items to your cart, you’ll see a small increase in the shipping until another box is needed, at which point you’ll see another significant increase. Please refer to shipping section for more information.
Yes. For international orders shipping costs and delivery time vary by location that are both calculated during checkout. Each order will comes with a tracking number through delivery to your door.
Orders are usually processed within 5-10 business days before shipping.
Slow season processing can be estimated 1-5 days before shipping.
Medium season processing can be estimated 5-10 days before shipping.
Peak season processing can be estimated 15-25 days before shipping.

We accept Paypal and you can also checkout on Paypal screen with debit cards and major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Just go below login area and click on Pay with Credit Card.
Check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity and clicking Update. Once all of the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, you’re ready to begin the checkout process.
Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? Cancel and order after is is already boxed and ready to ship will have a restock fee. If you need to add multiple items please place a new order and we can combine.

Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped. You can log into your account and find all your order information. Click on “My Orders” and click on “View Details” and you can click on “Track” to find out where your package is.
Yes, you will need to have an account to place an order so that we have all the required information to process and ship your order.

If you have a return please contact us within 30 days of receiving product. Be sure to inspect packages soon as you receive them. We can not fix anything after 30 days. Returns can have a restock fee. Refunds will be minus the credit card fee.
What is Warranty on Pixels?
Pixels are tested and all running before they leave facility. One year warranty from customer receipt of product. Valid only for seasonal use for commercial or home display. Lights permanently installed or those installed longer than 90 days a season void warranty on pixels.
What is Warranty on Falcon Controller?
Warranty is based on manufacturers warranty. If any seals are broken that will void warranty.
