Returns:
No returns after 30 days. Inspect packages when they are received. There will be a restocking fee. Please email customer service for returns. Customers are advised to carefully inspect packages upon receiving them to ensure items are in good condition.
Refunds:
Refunds for cancelled orders, or discount codes not applied at checkout (or a gift certificate will be issued instead of refund without a credit card fee) will be minus a credit card fee as this fee is not refunded to us. All refunds for cancelled orders, discount codes not applied at checkout, or gift certificates issued instead of refunds will incur a credit card fee deduction as this fee is non-refundable.
