Pixel Spacing

Our props are primarily designed with a 4-inch spacing between pixels. This spacing may vary slightly depending on the design, particularly when navigating around certain elements within a model. Although rare, some designs may require wider spacing, necessitating wire splicing. While we strive to avoid this, it may be necessary for certain designs or when accommodating a larger number of pixels. Many of our older, legacy props may also require splicing in specific areas.

Pixel Paths™

Introduced in 2022, Pixel Paths™ represent a new feature on our props, detailing the wiring model directly on the back. While this feature is not yet available on all legacy props, we are progressively applying it as time allows. All current models come equipped with Pixel Paths. Additionally, complete models and wiring diagrams are accessible through xLights and Light O Rama software.

Communications

Communication from us:

  1.  Firstly you will get a order confirmation from us always once you place an order
  2. You will get an email from us when your order goes in packing mode, this is when a shipper has pulled your ticket and has began working on your order.  Does not mean it will ship that day, but it is possible, there are scenarios that could happen, he ran out of a product on the shelf, or when inspecting product he found and issue and needed production to remake, inventory on shelf could be off some so production didn't make enough, yes stuff happens.  But this is a notification that they began pulling your order and it is almost ready to ship.  You will see the items like a packing slip that will shipping also, which will be only items coming from Boscoyo not affiliates.
  3. Next email you will get from us would be an email with the tracking information on it and how to track your package.  Your order could be in several boxes and it will not say that on your packing list but if you go to FedEx and track it you can look at details and if it is multiple boxes it will show you the info for each package, sometimes they get split and don't deliver on the same day. 
  4. The only other time we will get in touch with you is if we have a question regarding your order, or if a substitution may be needed or something like that otherwise we do not send any other communications out that are not necessary as we are busy working on many orders since we do manufacture most items in our facility.  So please do not expect communication for every step of the way, don't worry we got this!

Shipping Information

Domestic and International Shipping

***VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU SELECT USPS AS IT TO BE SHIPPED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AS WE DO NOT HAVE A REP AND HAVE A HARD TIME WITH THEM FINDING A LOST PACKGAGE OR ENVELOPE EVEN, LAST YEAR TOOK A YEAR FOR A CHRISTMAS CARD TO BE DELIVERED BACK TO US SADLY.  FILING CLAIMS WITH THEM IS ALSO DIFFICULT.  

WE SHIP MOSTLY FEDEX BECASUE WE DO HAVE A REP TO HELP FIND A PACKAGE OR HELP WITH AN ISSUE.  WE HAVE WORKED REALLY HARD FOR OUR STATUS AND RELATIONSHIP WITH FEDEX.   IF WE CAN SHIP THE SAME PRICE THAT YOU CHOSE USPS WE WILL CHANGE TO FEDEX AS IT IS SAFER THIS WAY.  NOT SAYING THINGS DON'T HAPPEN, THEY DO BUT IF THEY DO WE HAVE A BETTER CHANCE GETTING IT. 

We offer shipping via FedEx, with rates based on the number of boxes, their weight and size, and the travel distance. Shipping costs incrementally increase as more items are added to your cart. For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Each order is provided with a tracking number.  International orders are responsible for the duties, if that gets billed back to us you will be billed for it.  If you don't pay it you won't be able to order again. 

Processing Times

All our products are manufactured in-house. Processing times for orders vary depending on the season and product type:

  • Low Season: 1-5 days
  • Medium Season: 5-10 days
  • Peak Season: 10-15 days

Processing duration also depends on the volume of incoming orders.

Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal as forms of payment.  Payment has to be made for orders in full before they ship.  Also apps that are their own entities as Shop, Venmo, Paypal, GPay are accepted to give people the options on what they prefer to use. 

If you file a chargeback with your credit card you will be blocked from ordering from Boscoyo in the future.  We do not take this lightly.  This is stealing.  We have 3 people on emails to answer questions and help with customer service all the time.  If there is ever a problem we are always here to help.  Getting orders and claiming you did not order, which our system checks for fraud.  Or receiving orders and claiming you did not get, when its clear after investigation you, did is fraud.  Also we do not keep credit card info so we can not process your credit card only you can make the purchase that is why we send invoices for additional items.

Placing an Order

Review the items in your cart, adjust quantities as needed, and proceed to checkout.

Modifying or Cancelling an Order

If you need to modify or cancel your order after it has been prepared for shipping, please note that a restocking fee may apply. For immediate changes or additions, contact us directly at orders@boscoyostudio.com.

Refunds on orders will be minus any credit card fees for any reason!

IN PEAK SEASON PRODUCTION IS MAKING PRODCUT AHEAD OF SHIPPING AND THIS IS ADDITIONAL PRODUCT THEN WHAT IS ON THE SHELVES SO MORE PRODUCT IS BEING MADE, YOU CAN NOT CANCEL AN ORDER WHEN IT IS ALREADY IN PRODUCTION AND CAN NOT CANCEL ONCE IT HAS BEEN BOXED.  THIS IS BECASUE EXTRA MATERIAL HAS AREADY BEEN PRODUCED AND EXTRA EMPLOYEE TIME HAS BEEN USED. 

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS WILL BE MINUS CREDIT CARD FEE AND RESTOCKING FEE.

Modifying and order

If you asked us to add something to your order we will update it and send you an invoice to pay with the added items.  If when we go to ship if the shipping has increased we will send you an invoice for the additional shipping, since we bill at cost we won't know until we box it and get the cost.  This all has to be paid before it leaves the facility.  Also we do not keep credit card info so we can not process your credit card only you can make the purchase that is why we send invoices for additional items. 

Tracking Your Order

Track your order status online by entering your email and order number on our website. You will receive an email update once your order has shipped.

This is not using the shop app, we are not responsible with how shop app works as that is its own entity. 

Account Requirement

An account is required to place an order to ensure we have all necessary information for processing and shipping.

Commercial Customers

We do handle many commercial projects, it is best to start your commercial project for Christmas drive throughs in March.  The start of a project does require a deposit to get started.  Final payment will be due at the end along with the final freight charge. 

Product Returns

For returns, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee, and refunds will exclude credit card fees.

Receiving Order

You have 30 days to get with us on any discrepancy with your order once you receive your order so we can fix any issues.  After this time we can not fix it.  We can go back an review packing list and video and weights in shipping.  We can contact our fedex Rep to fix delivery mess ups in this timeframe but after that we can not.  You will need to repurchase parts after 30 days if something is missing or damaged.  Contact orders@boscoyostudio.com with your order number within the 30 days.   Any lost packages you need to contact us immediately for us to file a claim, we have to file the claim not you are it will not go through.  Thank you!

Warranty Information

Affiliates:

We work with many other Vendors, some we are affiliates with.  After careful evaluation we have allowed some Vendors to sell products on our website.  Some products sold by other Vendors on our website is supported and warrantied ONLY through that Manufacturer.  Customers will have to follow that vendors timelines (via their website or facebook or their other ways they use for notifications) for their products as it is  not the same timeline as us since we do not house or ship that product in our facility.  That product will ship from that Vendor as well.  We do not support or warranty or ship these products.  Products from other Vendors are noted as such.  This is just giving customers the convenience of ordering what is needed to go with your products that we manufacturer.   If there becomes a problem with a Vendor or Vendor's products we will turn off their products from our website, while we love to support other Vendors as well we also make sure our customers are top priority and are being handled accordingly.   

Pixels

Products that come from Boscoyo Studio with preinstalled pixels are tested before shipment and come with a one-year warranty, applicable only for seasonal use in commercial or home displays. Warranties are void for lights installed for more than 90 days per season or permanently installed.  We do not however just sell pixels themselves from Boscoyo.  We do preinstall pixels in products needed upon customer request.  Please contact us for any project that you may need preinstalled pixels in your products.   

Falcon Controller and Minleon Products

These products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty is void if any seals are broken.

Models and Software

Most Boscoyo Studio models are pre-configured in popular lighting software such as xLights, Light O Rama, and Vixen. Custom adjustments may be necessary for certain products like MiniTrees or Matrixes, and ChromaCanes are best created as native xLights models.
