No instructions, nor items needed to assemble for beginners

Product Rating (design and quality): Five Stars! Woo-hoo!

Instructions, assembly and mounting requirement: One star!
I was looking for and/or expecting to find the Pixel wiring diagram sheet in the box or at a minimum on the back of the prop. There wasn't anything, in the shipping box, that explains how to assemble the (LLS) Snowflakes. If you're a beginner, you won't know that you need 6" zip-ties.

I couldn't determine which of the two parts was the top and which is the bottom; fortunately, attention to detail is a strength. I guessed that the bottom, the part which had the larger holes, assumably is the bottom.

Where do I plug the first Pixel? There's no information (instruction sheet) in the box. It wasn't until a few hours on the internet searching sites for help that I remembered the wiring diagrams can be found in the design review section of the Sequence Editor, in Light-O-Rama (LOR). Had I been a newbie, I would have not known these (critical) steps. Can't you print start here to include the direct of travel in arrows.
After a day or so later... I happen to be (back) on the Boscoyo website reviewing my order when I found the blurb in green writing that explicitly reads the wiring diagram is on the Xlights or Light-O-Rama sites.

Lastly, you have to know to lay the box flat on its back before you open it... The snowflakes are NOT taped together and will fall out of the box. I opened my box while standing on its end and all the parts fell out onto the floor. Between the extensive search for the wiring diagram and the product falling onto the floor, these events soured my experienced. The joy of getting product in March (2025), so I can start getting ready for my Christmas light show (immediately) became a wah-wah.

For What It's Worth...
